Conrad Fischer, MD, FACP
Dr. Conrad Fischer is an award-winning medical educator, Residency Program Director and Vice Chair of Internal Medicine at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center (Brooklyn, NY), Professor of Medicine at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine (New York, NY), and a public health advocate. He is also the author of the best-selling Master the Boards series of USMLE books, faculty advisor for First Aid for the USMLE Step 1, and former Chair of Medicine at Kaplan Medical. Niket Sonpal, MD, FACP
Dr. Niket Sonpal is a practicing internist and gastroenterologist. He is also an assistant professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and Clerkship Director for New York Medical College, St. George’s University School of Medicine, and New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Sonpal was Chief Resident at Lenox Hill Hospital – Northshore LIJ Health System and is the co-author of the best-selling Master the Boards USMLE Step 2 CK and Master the Boards USMLE Step 3 books. Christos Paras, DO
Dr. Christos Paras is the DIO and Vice-President of Academic Affairs for One Brooklyn Health. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine (New York, NY) as well as Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Paras is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, and Clinical Hypertension. He has edited and co-authored sections in the Master the Boards series as well as created his own popular Hospital Boot Camp Video Series for incoming student clerks and interns. Phil Koehler, DO
Dr. Phil Koehler is a fellowship-trained Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine Physician at Rothman Orthopaedics (Philadelphia, PA). He completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (Philadelphia, PA). Dr. Koehler was an Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Teaching Fellow at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Nicholas S. Nicholas DO Memorial Scholarship recipient. He is co-author of Master the Boards: USMLE Step 2 CK and has a passion for teaching OMM and board preparation for both USMLE and COMLEX-USA.
Ed El Sayed, Pharm D, PhD candidate
Dr. Ed El Sayed has been a faculty member at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine (New York, NY). He is the pharmacology editor for Dr. Fischer's medical review books, question banks, and videos. Victoria Hastings, DO, MPH
Dr. Victoria Hastings is a fellow in Gynecologic Surgery at Swedish First Hill Hospital in Seattle, WA. Prior to this, she completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital (Brooklyn, NY). She earned her Master of Public Health in Biostatistics and Epidemiology at Saint Louis University and her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT College of Medicine, where she was accepted into the academic medicine scholars program and has been teaching ever since. She is section author for the Obstetrics and Gynecology chapters of Master the Boards USMLE Step 2 CK and Master the Boards: USMLE Step 3 and led the development of MedQuest's Biostatistics and Epidemiology Video Series.
Austin Fischer
Austin Fischer scored in the 97th percentile on the MCAT and has extensive experience as an MCAT tutor. Additionally, Austin has worked at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center and served as an EMT in the NYC 911 system. He is a member of the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell Class of 2023.
Elizabeth Malphrus, MD, MPP
Dr. Elizabeth Malphrus is an MCAT expert and high-scorer. She is a recent graduate of The George Washington University School of Medicine and is currently a Plastic Surgery Resident at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Before starting on the path to medical school, she wrote about science and medicine for organizations including the National Academies and the White House.
